Our story
Juel Transport started in Surrey, British Columbia with a simple idea: shippers should not have to chase their carrier for updates. If we take a load, we tell you when it will be picked up, where it is on the road and when it will be delivered, and then we do it.
Today we run dry van, reefer and flatbed freight across Western Canada, into Eastern Canada and down the US West Coast. We are still the kind of company where you can call dispatch and talk to the person who planned your load.
Our tagline, We make future reliable, is a promise to two groups of people: the customers who trust us with their freight, and the drivers who trust us with their careers.

A dispatch team you can reach
Our dispatchers plan routes around weather, mountain passes, border wait times and dock hours. Every truck is GPS tracked, so when you ask where your load is, you get an actual answer.
